I am using TI 10, most current release.

I was running Windows 2000 Pro and I used to be able to double click on a .tib file and see its contents.

I just upgraded to Vista Ultimate and can no longer see the contents.
I assume I need to associate thwe .tib file with a program ...but which one?

Also I get an error when trying tomount the backup as a drive.

Hello 238drac,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

The issue seems to be related to a corrupt installation of the product. In this case we recommend you to completely uninstall Acronis True Image 10.0 Home and then perform a 'fresh' installation. If the problem with exploring archives from explorer just by double-clicking it and the mounting issue still remain after reinstallation please submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Provide the detailed description of the problems and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Alexey Bogomolov
