True Image 11 Freezes

Just purchased and downloaded last night. Had a lot of trouble installing it. Finnaly this morning I was able to get it installed and when I try to perform a back up it freezes during the set up wizard. My operating system is Vista 32.

Any suggestions?

Do you have InCD or GoBack running? Try making the bootable Rescue CD and do the backup from that. You will want to know that the cd will work anyway in case of a hard drive crash.
