opera 9.24 and ccleaner

hello,
it seems that ccleaner deletes the opera autosave.win file in my opera profile.
so if opera crashed it wouldnt be able to remember what tabs i have open.
shall i put an exclusion for that file?
or even the session folder?
the file will get created again by opera.

I have Opera and Ccleaner, on on the one or two occaisions that I have made Opera crash it has always remembered the open session, surely for this to be an issue you'd have to be Ccleaning when it crashed, or right before.
