Thats most likely some spyware on your system which wants you to download more spyware.

Download superantispyware free, install it, update it and do a full system scan.

Check This site (http://spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm) out, about a third way down the page. (Alphabetical listing). It could be from a number of vendors.
Do use SAS. Others worth trying include Asquared, AVG AS, SpywareTerminator.
