Links to purchase/renew NOD32 are broken

Today at 8:00 AM Pacific time in the USA, and also 12 hours ago, I tried to renew my license using the "Buy" links on the purchase page (http://www.eset.com/purchase/index.php) The link takes me to this page: "http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.438708/sc.2/category.-102/it.A/id.896/.f" but in both Firefox and IE it can't be displayed.

Hopefully someone here knows how to contact the folks managing the shopping.netsuite.com sites.

There's a phone number I can use to place the order, but I'd prefer to do it online, plus I

Just tried it, seeems to be working now and running FF

Thanks for checking planet. I tried again and it still doesn't work for me. I just tried clearing the cache on my windows machine, and also going to a second pc that's running linux, but still not able to connect. I'll try again later.
