InDepth Scan Taking Twice As Long After Windows Reinstall

After reinstall of Windows XP Home, SP2, indepth scan now takes 15 minutes compared to eight minutes before reinstall. I'm running NOD32 Antivirus RC. What could be causing this? Scanning approximately 85000 files.
