Hi there,
yesterday I have changed on a WinXP driven Notebook the size of the first Partition from 16GB to ~35GB. As long as the Notebook was running everything was as like as I have expected it. Unfortunately this morning I had to see, that the Partition is in the old size.
Some Key informtaions: There are two (2) Partitions (C and D). Partition D has almost 60GB of free Disk Space, so I thought I will give C some of that free diskspace using the latest availabel DiskDirecor Suite. So I did that using the wizard.
However, as said, the changes made were effective as long as the machine wasn't shutdown.
Has anyone got an idea, any hints and/or suggestions how to solve that kind of weirdness?
Greetinga and TIA
Niels
P.S.: I have used - for that trial - the free download version.
