Good day.
In NOD32 Antivirus RC1, even at strict cleaning, both real-time protection and on-demand scanning will not automatically delete compressed files with malware (virus/trojan/etc). I hope that ESET will add an option to automatically delete compressed files; this will do well for paranoid ..err.. maximum protection.
