on protection status it's shows 2572
but on computer scan it's show 2570
must be bug

No , not a bug . Here is the explanation so that you can understand it:

On the Protection status section you see the definition number which the whole software and all components are using at the moment .

On the Computer scan section the date and the time of the last scan as well as the signature number used with the last scan .

In other words , at the moment of the screenshot , EA was using 2572 to protect you but on 04 October at 02:09 AM you have performed a manual scan with signatures 2570
