Site blocking issue

There are some sites that are listed as adware or spyware sites that I am still interested in accessing. However, I get a security warning that the site has been blocked by eSafe. In checking with my isp, they say that they are not blocking so that leaves the security suite. I have tried site exclusion and disabling all modules with no luck. Unlike other processes, there is no possibility of stopping the eset service in the admin tools/services module in control panel - something I have found very useful with other services.

Question first is - is Eset using eSafe. If yes, where do I disable it. If not, back to the drawing board.

It is not ESET :) It should be your ISP using it
