Is that blocked adresses in advanced setup is the only way to block ads ?
Doesnt ESS have any auto update of ad block list as some Security Suites have?

Anyways I use AdBlock addon for firefox:P

No, NOD/ESS does not have an ad blocker.

I dont think they planned on including an ad blocker in their suite. And IMO I dont consider it a crucial feature.

And thank goodness they didn't include one! I like NOD just the way it is...well, minus a few small bugs in this RC and it will be a fabulous product ;D

This kind of blockers (adds, popups, etc.) should be used in the program were the 'problem' occurs, namely the browser, not in the security program.
You can download and install plugins for Firefox, that block ads, popups, etc.
There is also some kind of blocking addon for Internet Explorer, IE7Pro.
Just do a little search and you should find what you want.

adblock & filtersetG updater are great addons for firefox
i wouldnt want to see any adblocking within esets applications
