won't update

coming back to Nod32 after some trials with some other suites & now it's saying it's upto date BUT it's definitions are 5/07, any help appreciated thanks...

I've got a friend who I recommended NOD32 to. I think he has been on the evaluation for about two weeks but he said he noticed no more pop-up updates the last few days. Strange because I told him the frequency of NOD32 updates would mean updates two times a day is typical.

FWIW my two computers update fine (not evaluation). There may be something wrong with update servers for people on the evaluation version. This might be related, but I realise it's probably not the same issue.

at the time I didn't have my license # so downloaded the trial for my new machine, I'll just get my docs out with license #'s so will update that way, thanks...

Oh, that probably explains it then. Out of curiosity, what type of update? A minor program update or something?
