Hi,

Is it normal that I only get the choice of starting the full version of Acronis TI from the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager and not the "Safe Mode" version?

I currently use Acronis TI 11.0.

"Safe mode" for Version 11 is a seperate download and install. It is one of the added features of TI 11 to keep users on their toes.
The next challange is to find the download. Hint, login to your account. It may by now be available there. If not email support and they will give you a download link.
Neat and simple?

Gregor,

Make sure to log into your account and submit a support request asking for the Safe Mode version. I don't think Acronis Support will accept email requests.

OK, will do. Thanks for the advice.
