Runtime Error V11

I have installed acronis true image home v 11
I cannot get it to even start, I just get a runtim error then it shuts down.
anyone help?

Please try uninstalling Acronis True Image, rebooting your computer, clearing Windows temp folders and installing again, as suggested by bodgy in the thread he pointed to.

If that doesn't solve the problem, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

Please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317).

Please also collect the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log the way described in this previous post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=886591&postcount=2).

Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
