I've been using TuneUp Utilities for three years now and never had a problem. It's not the most agressive reg cleaner but it is very safe.:)

Although i am no techie, i have never run into any problems since using tuneup.

It has some nice features to help customize windows very easily.

For me it was a toss up between ashampoo winoptimiser and tune up.
One of the reasons i went for tuneup was because its registry cleaner was not too aggressive, and because a lot of knowledgeable people on this forum use and recommend it.

I've been using Tune-Up Utilities since ver 2004. Actually it's a great app.
Easily customize windows, start-up manager, un-installer... Reg cleaner is not too aggressive. (I use in conjunction w/ JV16 PT2007) I don't use the 1-Click Maintenance since I like to be in control of what reg items get deleted.

In other word: Highly Recommended!!!

Hi, folks: It does not have everything you wish to have, but everything it has are useful and reliable . I have been using it since v.2004. I recently complement it with VCOM system suite 7 Professional. Both are working great for me.
