Just spotted this £8.75 for a 3 user license.

From what i can gather it is Panda av based.

They also have a 3 user internet security suite for £16.50.

The OEM versions of Panda have always been cheap in the UK. Look around, they should be around a £5.

If EBuyer's upgrade policy differs from that of Panda's then maybe upgrades are possible for free. Being a rebrand product, I wouldn't expect particularly good support or a comprehensive sales mechanism for the product. But it should suffice for the average guys, the same ones who buy Defender Pro (for example) and put it up on their PCs - after all, it does still provide good protection.
