drag and drop not working??

I have just discovered that I can no longer drag and drop folders, files etc.???

Is there a setting for that in windows somewhere?

I have disabled a few services, but nothing recently...

In xp right click on start and choose properties, with the dot in the start button choose customise, then advanced tab. Make sure the enable drag and drop is checked.

A reboot seems to have fixed it, not too sure what happened though.
