Mcafee latest version?

Hello friends I´d like to know what is the latest version of mcaffe antivirus plus.
and if there are any special settings to configure.Thanks;)

Here is the latest version of McAfee Virusscan plus. it is virtually plug and play . although there are enough settings if you want to tweak it a bit.

You definitely need to twesk the firewall as the default mode is not stealthed!!

Turning it up one notch sorts out the problem.

Question, how good is the uninstaller? Does it leave a bunch of hard to locate junk. I would use the registry tools in System Suite 4 and CCleaner to do the clean ups.

Surprisingly it actually removes most of itself. At least better than in the past. It removes itself better than most of the other "big" names.
