I have tested this with several new Dell Latitude 830s. When I try to blow new image using the Rescue Media (newest version) and load the True Image Enterprise server it just hangs so I cannot blow a new image on the laptop. It also marks the drive inactive. Disk Director doesn't see the disk either, this only happens with the 830 model. I must then use another tool and mark the drive as active. Any suggestions would help
