Hi all,
After experiencing a catastrophe that highlighted my complete disorganised approach to safeguarding my files, a very organised member of our forums gave me a mild rebuke and some sound advice in procedure.
Well, I have taken his advice to heart, and the question I would now like to ask is which version of True Image should I run on my system? Is 10 bloated?

TI 10 is a big download (100mb) but i wouldn't say its bloated. I find that the older versions of TI work best on my older systems and the newer versions work best on my newer systems.

The download includes the package for building a BARTPE disk, which takes up about half the download but isn't something you have to leave on your PC.
10 includes the ability to automate backups, inlcuding automatically uniquely naming backups and and deleting old backup based on limits of number fo files, size or date as you set them.
The newer version also will have the latest hardware drivers, whcih can be crucial for accomplishing a restore.
You can try it for free and decide for yourself if it's your cup of tea.
