Help gettin rid of a virus

Hi
i need help gettin rid of a virus, my virus scans cant detect it(norton), its diaabled my task manager and my run command, wen i use msn it sends links to a site called coolpics and its changed my homepage.
Also i have found two identical icons 1 called Svchost.exe and ymworm.exe and i can't get rid of them.
Help me pllllllz thank you
