You can write in english.:D
You write:
operating system, case type (installation), case issue (installation hangs and never completes), subject, your message

give me direct link to the betasupport area and i'll write everything down
i just hope that i don't need to register because otherwise i would prefere
to wait to the final version of the anti virus.

well it's still doesn't help me bro i still need a direct link to this
betasupport and i still don't understand what ever languge this site is
so if any admin or any bodyeles can help me i would really appriciate it
if not i would just have to wait to the final version of nod32 version 3.0
to be released and hopefully i wan't have any problem installing it when
she would be released a
and by the way the fact that you can quate stupid
answers from some faq or laws is not very helpfull bro
and i think it's extremly stupid that eset give you direction
to some unknown betasupport is some non english site and
expect people to find it but that is not your fault it's eset fault.

you have neglected to mention that betasupport is an email address
betasupport{at}eset.sk and you neglected to provide the other hyperlinks
that are posted in that post like
ESS Beta Forum section
http://www.wilderssecurity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=18
and you could have told me that i could have open this thread in the
ESET Smart Security Beta Forum.
i'm hopping that you would think about it in the future when you try to
help somebody and thanks for your help anyway.

Since you have installation problem you can also provide Eset a log file which the install setup would generate.
First move the installer (the file which u use to install EA v3 beta2) in the main C:\ directory
Open Start -> Run -> type cmd and press ENTER
(In case you have Vista , right click the CMD to elevate privilages/Run as Administrator)
Type:
cd\ and press ENTER
Now type (if you use x32 version):
ea_nt32_enu.msi /lvx* installEA.log and press ENTER
Now type (if you use x64 version):
ea_nt64_enu.msi /lvx* installEA.log and press ENTER
Note there is space between msi and / , and also there is space between * and installEA . Example ea_nt64_enu.msiSPACE/lvx*SPACEinstallEA.log
After this the install procedure will start and at the end a log file in the main C:\ with name EAinstall.log . Please , send that file to ESET beta team :thumb:

I have the same error and no answer from support ...yet.
Try to disconnect prior to install. Works for me.

It looks like the issue's related somehow to Hebrew Windows though our distributor has installed it on this Windows language version fine.

These problems are most likely related to special characters (e.g. with accent) used in the current profile name. Create a user with standard characters in his name, log in to that profile and try installing ESS to see if it makes a difference.
