Web protection gone after reboot

Anyone else seeing this, web protection is gone after a reboot on Vista Home Premium.

Had the same problems with ESS beta2 after installing over a 1b. I unistalled 1b and did a fresh install and it fixed the problem.

Perhaps this may happen with ESS over previous beta but I personally can't say because I always do clean installs. The one above I talk about is only for the EA , when I tested them I tried to reproduce it on ESS but I couldn't , this could happen only on EA .
