computer restart win install ess

i have
p4 2.80GHz
512 mb ram
nvidia geforce2 mx 100/200
microsoft win2000 sp4
when i install ess in the end of installation system held and restart
this happened id ess beta1 and beta 2
please help me

i install same ess beta2 on winxpsp2 not problem at all
only on win2k
