View Full Version : NOD32 2.7 keeps flagging DbxDgrevCheck.dll

Since a few weeks ago, NOD32 started flagging and deleting this dll which is loaded everytime the XP SP2 helpsvc runs (so it does not look like malware)...
Any clue on this seemingly false positive?

Perhaps you have a copy of this in NOD32's Quarantine ...
Temporary disable AMON .
Open the Quarantine and choose "Restore to" to resote the suspected file somewhere
Upload the file to VirusTotal (www.virustotal.com) and check the results .
Send a copy of this to ESET http://www.eset.com/threat-center/up/submit.htm
Re-enable AMON

I have done what you suggested as I always keep copies in Quarantine ;) ... before this, I was just waiting that some signature file update would correct the false positive profile...
