Everytime my computer starts it tells me that firewall is malfunctioning. Although there is no pop up. I need to look into the program that this is the fact. Anyone?

What status does the email and web protection read?

Go to the system Device manager and select View - Show hidden devices. Expand the Non-plug and play drivers group, double click epfw and epfwtdi, one at a time, and make sure it's set to start automatically and is already started.

Hi
Please check, if all firewall drivers are running. Write in cmd.exe "net start epfwndis", "net start epfwtdi" and "net start epfw". If in all request writes "The requested service has already been started.", it should by OK.

Remember that it's weekend now, we must discuss it with the developers.

No need to apologize, we all learn when someone finds a way to fix an issue.
