somehow nod 32 was uninstalled on my daughter's computer. I tried to reinstall it, but it wouldn't accept my password. I purchased for 4 computers and have only used 3 ( one computer is currently down)....will reinstalling use up the 4th installation?

Hi
no, reinstall did not "waste" one license. Install process is actually independent from license itself. Please, is there any error message during installation?
Regards.

I can't get that far....it won't accept my password. I was sent my password again, so I know it is the right one, but it won't accept it. Not sure what to do now.

Go to the NOD32 Control Panel -> Update -> Update -> Setup button and make sure your User name and Password are entered correctly there. For exact transcription, I'd suggest that you select and copy (Ctrl+C) your User name from the registration email and paste it (Ctrl+V) to the appropriate field in the update setup window. Repeat the same with the password.
