Should I be concerned that Ewido is detecting gss.exe as Adware.ContraVirus?

Provided the gss.exe program that is being reported is actually the unaltered Ghost Security module, then no.

You may want to post this in the ewido section, reporting it as a likely false postive, or send a report in via the AVG/Ewido website. That's the best way to get it looked at. (Jason probably can't do anything about ewido's detection of the program himself.)
