How to uncompress this rar file?

How to extract this rar file? When I try to extract, I get this VolumeID box. What does it mean?
Even if I click Ok or cancel, I can,t get it uncompressed. I am using IZArc.

.rar file asks for the next archive in order to continue, and that's .r00. Do you have that .r00 in the same folder as .rar?
