OK I got a Dell Optiplex 320 with ATI Xpress 1100 for intel chipset and when I use the boot media I get b.usb errors. It seems to not work with the USB controller in the ATI chipset. Is there a fix for this?

Have you submitted a technical support enquiry? In instances where a particular chipset is not being detected, support may need to provide you with a modified rescue disk.

Do you get the error when an external USB hard drive is plugged in? Or not? Or do you get the error regardless?
