Greetings everyone. Yesterday I had to do a non-destructive recovery on my computer. Consequently I have to do a reinstall of eset. Problem is, when I try to download, my old username/password doesn't work. Do I need a new username/p-word? I still have 6mo. left on my subscription. In the meantime I installed the 30 day trial version. By the way,my non destructive recov. wiped all traces of nod-32. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!
Perhaps you entered your username and password in a wrong way .
It is recommended to use Copy/Paste . Read this:

If you still can't download and the update servers fail to accept your license , contact the reseller/distributor you bought NOD32 from or ESET TechSupport:

I purchased a licence for nod yesterday as its running so well. However the copy and paste into nod doesnt seem to activate it.I thought first id been sent the wrong user name /serial etc.I finally typed both in and it worked.Copy and paste definitly doesnt work for me when trying to register nod.Im not 100% sure whther its a nod thing or my system. However might be worth typing rather than copy and pasting.
