Validation

I "upgraded" from w98se this evening to w2000 pro.I installed looknstop but i dont think its registering properly.Im putting in my email address and serial number and clicking validate ,but then both the email box and serial number box stay blank.Anyone know whats happening?

It appears from a past post by Mickey that contacting LNS should resolve this problem.
