Hey, guys.

Can any developer please reply to when this model will be supported?
As of now Disk Director 10 can't find any disks when booting from a burned recovery CD.

Hi!

1. Can ADDS 10.0 find disks in Windows Enviroment? If not, try updating snapapi

2. Make sure the recovery CD was created with build 2160. hmm that's really important. Also it may help though not sure try to create iso image of the recovery cd and boot from it.

The build is 2160. It worked in Safe Mode.
