Messed up HD

I have a hard drive that Windows XP can see but I cant ghost the drvie so I loaded Acronis disk director suite 9.0 and shows the disk as one partation if i read the MBR on the drive it shows the partations as a 042 LDM, SFS, LinuxSwp/DR-DOS

I know this drive was formated as NTFS should i change it to 07 NTFS? or delete the partation and have acronis recover it?
