Online Armor question

Does OA still support blocklists? ala peerguardian or protowall? I browsed around on the tallemu site but could not find an answer.

If it does, does the free version support them?

Someone else will have to help you with the free version information.

I am unable to find where to download a free version, not a trial version.

To the best of my knowledge, the free version isn't available yet.

Being based on OA 1.1 and lacking the firewall, I would say the free OA doesnt support blocklists.
