ATI 9.1 Bootable CD

I couldn't run ATI 9.1 workstation (full version) from the bootable CD on my new computer which with AMD Athlon64 x 2 4000+, 2GB DDR 2-667 Ram and a 80G WD HDD but I could only run the safe version.

I put the same disk to another computer with intel CPU, it runs ok. Kindly let me know how to solve it.
