I have a FULL backup of a drive that contains a folder for all my Outlook Express files. When I open/browse the backup file and try to copy this folder from the archive onto any drive I always get the error message:
"Not Enough Storage is available to copmplete this operation".
Regardless of which drive I select (with 100-300 gb free space) I get the same error. Any other folder within this archive, even those much much large, and no problem. I concluded that there must be something wrong with this particular archive so I opened an older archive and tried to copy from there. Same problem. ???
I then did a complete restore onto another HD and this time the Outlook folder was restored and I was able to copy it back to its original location. The problem is that such restore took almost 2 hours. Any idea why ATI (v10.0 build 4942) would not let me copy just the Outlook EXpress Files from an archive onto a HD???

Hello cdikland,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

Please download the latest version of Acronis drivers (http://download.acronis.com/support/SnapAPI_l_s_e.zip), unpack the archive and install unpacked MSI package.

If the issue persists, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

- Replace C:\WINDOWS\system32\snapapi.dll with the one from the downloaded SnapAPI archive;
- Reproduce the issue and collect the log file without closing any application windows (including the error message windows if there are any). The log file will be created at C:\ . The name of the log file will be snapapi [date-time].log

Please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317).

Please clarify, where is the backup stored? What is the backup size? Is it a files/folders backup, or a disk/partition image (you can find an explanation on the difference in chapter 3.1 "The difference between file archives and disk/partition images" of the respective User's Guide (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/download/docs/))?
Please also clarify, are you able to restore that folder separately?

Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

Thank you.
