Tsk. Tsk. Pretty soon the antimalware companies will be fighting amongst themselves rather then fighting malware.

Actually this is nothing new. AV companies have been trading blows with each other in China for a few years now, only that today this is starting to get out of China and come into the mainstream news. Hopefully the entire industry will not degenerate to a bunch of fighting people with divided aims....
I'll try to find out what the hell exactly happened between Kaspersky and Rising this time. I do have one contact from Rising with me, so I'll see what I can dig up.

This isn't the first time Rising has accused Kaspersky like this, it has happened before, but it never became this serious. Maybe KL just got fed up in the end.....And I do not know whether Rising's claims were true or false.

I hope the article has been mis-written in that bolded sentence or else I am beginning to have second thoughts on KL as a company....

I could be wrong but I don't think Kaspersky would hire people to defame Rising on security forums. Or who do you think Kaspersky is paying here at wilders????????????;)

Don't get me wrong. I don't think Kaspersky is paying anyone, especially here at wilders where I hope the members have a bit more character than to stoop that low.
