Need help

Hey i had to reformat my computer and i lost my NOD32... I still have the serial key and activation key..But will it not lock the serial key if i re-input the information? I did not purchase a backup cd... and i will not be happy if i have to rebuy this product.. not that its not good.. its that i payed for it less than 2 months ago :(... Any help would be appreciated thanks :)

during your 1 or 2 year license, you can download and re-install on another computer or on the same machine if your machine is reformatted.

The same username/password will enable you to download again.
