When I try to connect to a machine running Remote Agent, Management Console hangs. The name of the machine I am trying to connect to is correctly shown in the lower right corner of the Console screen, and the Task Manager reports Management Console as "Running". At the same time, I only get an hourglass cursor *UNTIL* I restart Remote Agent service on the remote machine I am trying to connect to. As soon as I do this, the Management Console screen refreshes, and I am able to see my choices, Pick the Category and all. It happens infallibly every time I try to connect to that specific computer. What's wrong?

Hello transmodus,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Workstation Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATICW/).

Please notice that it's recommended to keep all components the same build in order for them to interact properly.

Please see this post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=1011944&postcount=6) for explanations and instructions.

Thank you.
