Hello,
This my target:
I would like schedul a weekly backup ( full,inc,diff ?) of partition C:
Now the problem !......as everyone know ....some time the size of the partition C: is very abnormal ( temp, temporary setup ecc. ecc.).
In this case, I would like delete the abnormal backup (n-1) after a clean backup (n).
Of course, I loss a weekly backup but I save a lot of HD space
Someone can me help ??
Thanks in advance !!!
Luciana

Hello evvivame,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

In addition to the link provide by thomasjk I would recommend that you have a look at this thread <delete inkremental Backups after a defined time (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=151043)>, which contains instructions on how to use Backup Locations along with screen shots and examples.

If you have any further questions concerning Acronis software, please feel free to submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/) or post any of them on this forum. We will certainly try to help you in resolving any issues.

Thank you.
