Vista upgrade license and dual boot

I have a Vista Home Premium upgrade license. I want to use this with Firstdefense-ISR but Game snapshot will be WinXP. Is this against the EULA?

I did a search at microsoft forums. And the answer is "it's forbidden". If you have
upgrade license it's forbidden to use dual boot with XP. If you want this you must buy a full Vista license or a second XP license:thumbd: .
