Hi,
someone could tell me the exact steps to take in order to perform a restore on a virtual Pc?
Trying to do that, browsing the network in order to find the backup image (after cd boot), it doesn't detect the file as correct..
Selecting the file it simply doesn't shows the details about it...
Note that the virtual machine is completely blank with no OS installed.....
I've done some test trying to install an OS on the virtual machine..in this case universal restore starts...
Do we need to have an OS installed in order to make it work?....If yes this means that we always have to install an OS on virtual Pc and then boot from cd and install the correct one ?!?!?
Doing the same thing on a "real" pc (not virtual) the same image has seen correctly ... ???
Then why it asks for the licence server during the restore?
