MSCOMCTL.OCX

Hey, I installed SpywareBlaster, and when I tried to open it, got the MSCOMCTL.OCX error. I checked my c:windows/system32/mscomctl.ocx and it was there. However when I try to open SpywareBlaster, I keep getting that error. What do I do?

I am using Vista Premium if that helps. I got it working on my friends computer, so I know it's not vista.

Also, I have tried the Javacool download, as well as others.. for replacing and registering that file.
