I receive frequent errors when attempting incremental backups. These include:
- 458,784
- 1,002(0x103EA)
- 5(0x6400005)
I have not been able to find these error codes documented anywhere. What are they, and how do I resolve them?
I have tried several times to enter this text into an online support window, but when I click on 'Submit' the button just goes grey, and the web page remains, ie: it does not go anywhere, and I receive no response from 'Support' - so I thought I would try posting the problem here.
Can anyone help? This seems otherwise a pretty good product, but with all these errors, and no support for them, why on earth would I use or recommend this product to my clients? I am not very impressed!
