Help me about ISA 2004

After install ISA 2004 and created a new access rule for everyone. network is ok but speed network is very slow.
Please give me some your advise about it.

Would you please give us more details about your system configuration ?

LnS is installed on which computer(s) ?

What is the rules set you're using?

Did the LnS log shows some blocking...
