Where do I download full version?

I've just registered CryptoSuite and received my key file but the only version I seem to be able to download from the members area is the demo. Where do I get the full version, please?

The members area also tells me that I haven't registered TDS3 which I did a year ago!

The members area link contains the full version download. Simply click on the CryptoSuite star once you log in, don't click on the normal Downloads link at the top of the page as that takes you to the public/free download.

Your other DCS product info will be added soon, as will everyone elses :)

Thanks for tyour quiiiick reply, Jason. However, clicking on the star takes me to http://www.diamondcs.com.au. Clicking on the link at the top of the members page takes me to an evaluation download page.

Both links go back to http://www.diamondcs.com.au/cryptosuite/index.php?page=download.

Jason, an update. I've just tried accessing the members area using IE instead of my default Firebird.

Guess what? All three products I've registered are shown correctly and the download is correct! Cookie problem presumably.

Hmm it works here. It is probably an issue with cookies or something along those lines. Make sure DiamondCS is in your trusted zone in IE, and that you enable cookies for the Members Area. If that doesn't work email me and I will give you the link.

Ok glad to hear Clive! Presumably it was a cookie problem as you suggested.

Now where is my cookie... ;)

I will fix this in the future again so you don't need cookies to download our full versions, you'll just have to re-enter your details for every page you go to :)

Hi siliconman01, Yesterday was probably DCS'a tomorrow & weekend :) So their weekend started comparitively early you can expect your key early Monday or even late Sunday depending where you live on this planet ;D

There was some initial delays when CryptoSuite was first released as we were updating to a new database system. That has been updated now though, so usually you will get your key within 12 hours, but on weekends we don't process the sales orders till Monday morning our time.
