Since I never made it to create a useful rule for FTP traffic, can you post your FTP rules here? Thanks :)

One thing is that FTP requires traffic trough TCP ports 20/21
Your ports are different. Is this normal ???

I am just deleting this while you are replying;D
It's really too simple, because the server uses 6006 instead of the default port 21, which puzzled me a little at the beginning.8)
