Hi carioca :)

An opinion (only):

LNS on each PC of your local network,
Use the LNS Enhanced rules
(For local network config. check on the LNS web site...)

Nothings more. With LNS + a router/HW Firewall you're protected...

but

Don't forget that a FW is one of your protection layers:

- Keep Windows , drivers and applications up-to-date

- Have an anti-virus updated and set for the "On Access" protection

- Have some a anti-spywares. Example:

Spyware Blaster : to immunise against malwares
Spy Bot Search & Destroy : immunise and on demand scan
Windows Defender: On access ...

- Have a well feeded HOSTS file:

MVP's hosts file http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/

- Use Firefox with the extension NoScript (and don't use IE...)

- Don't forget the safe-hex:

Best regards
