a problem on using bittorrent

Here is my config.

Bitcomet 0.63

I imported the bittorrent internet filtering rule and made some modifications.

port 9000 is the port whoch bitcomet used.

When I get into the log tab

I saw packets regarding bitcomet is blocked.

What's the problem ? Is my rule mis-configured ?
